‘Helix the Flat’, by chocolate schubar from Modcloth for $65.99
Why would someone who lives in wintry Boston buy a pair of expensive flats in December? That is a very good question that I have no rational answer to. They’re just too cute. And comfy, too! I love them. Even if I’ll have to wait four months to actually wear them anywhere… :o)
tonight i tried farfalle tossed with turkey sausage, broccoli, red pepper flakes and a touch of cream + roasted mushrooms coated in rosemary-thyme-lemon infused olive oil
first foray into oven territory now makes me keen to try a million other things :D

It’s pretty neat that a talk about revolutionising science education was given by a scientist who also happens to be Princeton University’s first female president — with the introduction delivered by Harvard’s first female president. Whoa!
